What data we process, why, and what your rights are.
Template. Check for each client which services are actually used.
What data
- Orders: name, email address, (optional) phone number and shipping address. Needed to deliver your order (performance of contract). Kept for 7 years because of Dutch tax law.
- Contact form: name, email address and your message, to answer your question.
- Payments are handled by Mollie. We never see bank or card details.
Viewing your order
You open your order and invoice through a personal, unguessable link in your confirmation email. After 30 days we first ask for your email address before showing the details again.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. It only stores your cart and your light/dark preference in your browser, which requires no consent.
If visitor statistics are switched on, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies, builds no profiles and does not store IP addresses.
Processors
Our website and data run on Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (database, EU servers), Resend (email) and Mollie (payments). Data processing agreements are in place with each of them.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data. Email us at hallo@lumen-klei.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
