2. Offer and prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown clearly before you complete your order. Obvious mistakes in the offer are not binding.
3. Ordering and payment
The agreement is formed once you place your order with an obligation to pay and the payment succeeds. You pay through Mollie (iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card and more). You will receive a confirmation by email.
4. Delivery
We ship within 2 working days to the countries you can choose at checkout, or you collect the order if that option is offered. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, we will let you know and you may cancel free of charge.
5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Let us know by email or with the model form and return the product within 14 days of your notice. Return shipping is at your expense. We refund the purchase price including standard shipping within 14 days. Please handle the product with care: we cannot fully refund handmade ceramics that come back damaged. See Returns for how it works and the exceptions (such as custom-made items).
6. Warranty and complaints
You are entitled to a product that does what you may reasonably expect (statutory warranty). Small differences in colour and shape are part of handmade work and are not a defect. Report a complaint by email as soon as possible; we respond within 14 days. If we can’t resolve it together, you can take the dispute to the competent court.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
